為了因應大家的使用習慣，有越來越多跨平台工具被設計在網頁、手機 App 或者瀏覽器擴充套件上，例如稍後閱讀功能的 Pocket、提醒代辦事項的 Any.Do和 Google日曆都是常見的應用，現在 Google 將 Chrome 擴充套件網站上提供的資訊與 Google Play 整合，讓我們下載擴充套件的同時也能知道 Google Play 上有這款 App，馬上安裝到 Android 手機。

微小的改變可以為使用者帶來極大的便利，在還沒整合之前，很多時候我們只知道某擴充套件的功能在 Chrome 上很好用，不過一旦離開 Chrome 環境可能就不知道要如何去"延續"使用，現在整合之後我們可以很清楚地在網頁上看到立即取得 Android 版本的連結，對於有同步使用需求的人來說應該會是蠻需要的功能。
