反「高危險群」資料庫　 千人連署斥政治偵防

針對521北捷喋血案，警政署日前檢討後決定建「高危險群資料庫」，納入偏差行為學生、街友、精神病患及反社會、高危險群等名單，供警察機關參考。台北市長參選人馮光遠、顧立雄等人連署，要求警政署立即停止該資料庫，及任何相同行為不同名目的動作。

「反高危險群資料庫」連署網站中，痛斥警政署是「病急亂投醫」，因北捷涉嫌人鄭捷未有精神科病史，就學過程中也未被認定有偏差行為，更非街友，警政署藉此時機建立高危險群資料庫，「是以不當連結方式擴張警方之監管範圍」、「建立高危險群資料庫更是違憲之舉」，並質疑馬政府有藉機蒐羅異議人士資料、由警察進行政治偵防之嫌。

該網站成立後已有6團體、逾千人連署支持。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
