但警察聽到無受損無人傷亡只是要道歉

除非你是大官富商不然鐵定請你坐下來喝茶聊天(簡單的說就是不受理)

因為這種案件無人傷亡無物品損壞致無法使用

相關刑法條文185-4跟354都不能適用
