企業個資保護達標準　可獲資料保護標章

網路世代個人資料管控更顯重要，經濟部商業司委託資策會法律研究所協助推動「台灣個人資料保護管理制度」，開放企業提供申請，申請後會有專業審查人員，審查企業管理個資方式，若達到標準，則會授與「資料隱私保護標章」，證明該企業內部的隱私控管，可降低客戶個資流出的可能。
 
資策會法律研究所表示，審查分為2階段，第一階段為書面審查，審查費約10萬元，第二階段為實質審查，會請專業人員鑑定內部個資保護流程，費用將依申請企業規模計算，日後民眾可認標章，來判斷該企業是否注重客戶隱私，從2012年開放申請以來，目前已經有13間企業通過審查，包括統一超商、全家超商與特力屋等。（蔡惠如／台北報導）
