永豐金控13日則代子公司永豐銀行公告法人董事代表人異動，代表國民黨參選台北市長的連勝文請辭永豐銀董事。

連勝文自2011年3月起獲延攬出任永豐銀董事，首任任期至去年5月，並獲得續聘至2016年5月，不過，連勝文在任期1/3，就宣布請辭。對此，永豐金控說，這是董事個人的生涯規劃，不便代為回應，至於遞補人選，正在徵詢中。

永豐金控前身是建華金控，在2005年8月合併台北國際商銀，北商銀大股東除永豐餘何家外，還包括連戰家族、台灣工銀駱錦明家族及新光集團吳家。
