[求助]光世代用戶IP問題

有鑑於最近世界盃

Hichannel有提供免費轉播

家裡是屬於光世代20M/5M

但使用桌電時卻無法調整畫質

沒有掛從設定那邊可以調整的PROXY

IP顯示為61.219.37.16(似乎是個PROXY?無法確定)

網站FAQ說明：您非HiNet線路用戶

但是另一台以WIFI連接的筆電卻顯示為HiNet線路用戶，並可以完整使用功能

覺得有點困惑

(桌電這台也無法掛VPN，印象中是從一次微軟更新就變這樣)

不是這方面的專業

所以不知道這樣是哪裡的問題
