羅智強：我不會選基隆市長

總統府前副秘書長羅智強今早在臉書留言：「想清楚了。我不會選基隆市長。句點！」

國民黨基隆參選人黃景泰身陷弊案，國民黨極可能陣前換將，外界點名誰是可能人選，曾表達參選意願的羅智強再度被點名。羅智強上午在臉書留言否決參選可能，他表示現在「專心寫作，做自己喜歡的事。」
