再開羈押庭　黃景泰抵基隆地院

涉嫌收賄的基隆市議長黃景泰，裁定120萬元交保後，檢方認為黃景泰有串供、逃亡之虞，當庭提出抗告。高等法院昨天晚上11時許裁定，撤銷發回基隆地院更裁。基隆地院於今天上午11時，召開黃景泰的羈押庭。

上午10時許，黃景泰還未現身，但其胞弟卻先現身地院，媒體詢問他黃景泰心情時，他僅表示「平常心」。隨後時間來到上午11時許，黃景泰抵達基隆地院，神情看似輕鬆，僅表示「等結束後再報告」，隨後在媒體包圍下步入地院。（突發中心／基隆報導）
