率團來台參加亞青田徑錦標賽的伊拉克國家代表隊撐竿跳教練哈山，日前涉嫌熊抱猥褻飯店女服務生，事後還拿2個10元銅板當成「小費」給被害人，哈山被移送台北地檢署後，檢察官要求哈山當庭向被害人鞠躬致歉並賠償，經被害人同意，昨給予哈山緩起訴。
