扯！山水米混米造假　泉順商糧竟獲恢復

生產山水米的泉順公司，去年遭踢爆以低價越南米混充台灣米銷售，且因多次違規遭撤銷糧商登記者。泉順事後向行政院提訴願成功，農糧署在日前恢復泉順的糧商登記。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，泉順去年被農糧署撤銷糧商登記證，成為60年來首例，泉順其後向行政院訴願審議委員會訴願，經5個多月的審議，上月15日決定撤銷農糧署原處分。農委會也遵守行政院決定，恢復泉順的糧商登記。消基會痛批，訴願會打農委會一巴掌，也重擊消費者的信心。（胡治言／綜合報導）
