鴻海控告日立、船井與三菱侵權

鴻海科技集團旗下負責專利資產化與全球授權的麥克思智慧資本公司（MiiCs ＆ Partners）今日宣布，已於美國德拉瓦州聯邦地方法院控告日立(Toshiba)、船井電機(Funai)及三菱電機(Mitsubishi)等公司侵害數件薄膜電晶體液晶顯示（TFT-LCD）器專利，該批專利是鴻海集團關於顯示器全球專利佈局的一部分，該等專利組合廣泛用於搭載液晶顯示器的各種電視、螢幕、筆記型電腦、平板電腦、手機等。

鴻海集團表示，這幾件專利侵權訴訟是由專精於智慧財產訴訟的Panitch, Schwarze, Belisario & Nadel, LLP 代表，該事務所位於美國費城。(楊喻斐/台北報導)
