M320 有辦法改接聽介面嗎?

請問一下M320能改接聽介面嗎?

目前來電好像要先把手放在小圓圈才會出現

右邊的接聽跟左邊的拒接

我媽想要換成來電時可以直接有"接聽"跟"拒接"的選項來按

不需先放在小圈圈裡

這有辦法處理嗎? 我媽覺得接電話很困難
