奈及利亞的Michel Babatunde對阿根廷一戰中被擔架抬出場，疑似有骨折現象，情況不甚樂觀，而且是被隊友的射門球所導致。

比賽第66分鐘Ogenyi Onazi門前起腳，結果球打中在球門前的Babatunde，球擊中手掌背面範圍。

結果Babatunde痛苦倒下，治療竟然手被上夾板固定，然後就擔架抬出場，Babatunde是奈及利亞重要戰力，這一傷影響非同小可。

被問及Babatunde之後能否上場，教頭Stephen Keshi表示：「我們會先觀察他傷得多重，但情況不樂觀。」
