王張會黑箱？ 綠委：王應到立院報告

大陸國台辦主任張志軍昨與陸委會主委王郁琦會談，雙方有共識兩岸兩會互設辦事機構會納入人道探視功能。民進黨立委陳其邁今天說，民進黨主張應白紙黑字簽訂兩岸互設辦事處的協議，並應加入領事探視權、提供法律服務，人身安全受威脅、被逮捕時的緊急通知權利，而不只是口頭說說。

陳其邁表示，王張會觸及兩岸互設辦事處，是十足的政治議題，已經開始為政治協商鋪路。民進黨團要求，王郁琦應該立即到立法院專案報告，對外界質疑提出合理解釋，不能只是口頭談談、黑箱作業。
