飆車族砸店毆客人　冰桶內偷尿尿！10人全被逮

高雄市一間早餐店4月底，遭10名飆車族砸店，他們不僅毆打客人、當街開槍，甚至在店家的冰桶內尿尿，但事後才發現找錯對象。警方8日循線逮捕到飆車族首腦與其手下共10人，訊後全依組織犯罪、公共危險、傷害等罪嫌移送偵辦。

根據《中央社》報導，這群飆車族的首腦朱姓男子綽號「大豬」，平常都帶著手下到處鬧事，只要有手下受到欺負或不公平待遇，朱男都會率眾對對方以武力報復。

今年四月份，朱男與一名經營檳榔攤的男子互看不順眼，便帶手下上街尋仇，在三民區一間早餐店看到2名客人，誤以為他們與男子同夥，竟登門砸店，將店家的設備全部摔壞，還在冰桶內尿尿，其中一名客人被毆打，另一名想逃走時被朱男開槍射擊，所幸沒有生命危險。

後來朱男又率眾到男子的檳榔攤鬧事，連一旁的牛排攤也遭殃，警方接獲報案後循線追查，8日終於將朱男與其手下共10人逮捕到案，訊後全依組織犯罪、公共危險、傷害等罪嫌移送偵辦。
