s5 聯絡簿及gmail帳號同步問題

各位有拿s5的大大好,前天才剛入手s5,因是攜碼故sim卡有更換從台大到遠傳
那時記得有把聯絡簿同步到gmail帳號,換了卡後確找不到
在手機帳號/設定/已經有按gmail帳號同步 (但顯示出同步已被停用訊息)

另外在手機聯絡簿裡/也選擇只顯示gmail聯絡人 (但聯絡人一樣是無)

想請問同步的部份是要到哪打開(網頁或手機就可直接開)
因試了好久才上來提問請知道的人幫忙解答一下
