關於單車有一段時間沒騎，該怎麼解決刺耳的煞車聲音~~~~~~

是這樣的~

我已經有約一年沒有去騎單車~
(之前工作每天加班,荒廢好久...)

最近我又拿出來騎~

發現前後碟煞在緊煞的時候~

聲音會發出很尖銳且刺耳的"機機"聲...

請問該怎麼解決呢????

為人正直不鹹溼，害羞低調不豪小。
