碰！天花板坍塌　幸無人傷亡

新北市三重區文化南路，一棟26年2層樓舊公寓，今天下午4時許，廚房處突傳來「碰」聲巨響，天花板水泥崩落猶如雨下，租客聽見聲響，嚇得趕緊往外跑去，隨即通報警消到場處理。

新北市消防局三重消防分隊獲報，派人到場搶救，一上樓往崩落處察看，果見廚房地上有大片水泥碎塊，天花板鋼筋外露，所幸屋內2人及時逃出並無受傷。至於坍塌原因，公所工務單位已前往檢測釐清。（曾伯愷／新北報導）
