（中央社日內瓦14日綜合外電報導）中國大陸今天贏得與美國貿易糾紛的重大勝利，世界貿易組織（WTO）糾紛仲裁小組表示，美國對大陸各種商品課徵懲罰性關稅是違反規則的作法。

陸、美貿易爭訟涉及多種產品，包括紙張、鋼鐵製品、輪胎、化學品、廚房設備和風力發電機等。

美方宣稱這些產品在美國市場傾銷，因而加重進口關稅，中國大陸在2012年向世貿組織告發。

世貿仲裁小組今天表示，美方課徵的關稅「不符合」全球貿易規定。

這個小組說：「這些關稅抵消或折損了中國大陸的獲利．．．我們建議美國，修改稅賦以符合世貿會員國的義務。」

世貿仲裁小組是由一些獨立的貿易和法律專家組成。(中央社)
