標題[問題] 還沒離職勞健保就被退出

請問我當初離職單填11日 但是受到主管挽留希望我做到月底，後來協調做到18號， 昨天主管跟我說人事那邊已經把我勞健保退出了，叫我自己加保 我打去問人事，他說因為我離職單填11日，所以就算到11日 至於我協調結果延後離職他那邊沒聽說，他說健保是算月的不會扣錢 但是勞保要再加保的話就是算臨時工，因為公司人事已經認定11日離職了 我還有兩天特休，人事說因為我11號離職了所以特休也都不算了 很明顯就是主管那邊沒跟人事溝通好我的離職日， 所以我目前就是沒有勞健保，但是還在上班 人事還強調說要重新保的話要等董事長核准完畢，從核准日開始加保 請問這可以去申訴或檢舉他嗎? 勞保局是會叫我自己寄存證信函嗎... 我該放棄特休&勞保直接不做然後去申訴嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.127.197.23 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1405413014.A.BEC.html
