黃景泰涉貪案　檢方調卷偵辦案情

今天上午1時許，基隆地檢署指揮廉政署及檢察事務官，前往基隆市政府3處調卷，協助偵辦基隆市議長黃景泰涉貪弊案，檢方分別前往工務處土木工程科、產發處漁農工程科及都發處建築管理科，直到今天下午4時許，才完成調卷作業，其中建管科共調閱13大箱資料，包掛建造執照、結構外審資料等。
 
基隆地檢署主任檢察官周啟勇表示，「調卷是為了要釐清案情！」關於黃涉案的起訴書何時判決，周啟勇低調說「正全力偵辦。」（陳偉周／基隆報導）
