大廈管理逾65歲 須提繳勞退

7月起，公寓大廈管委會已適用勞動基準法，有些年長的勞工退休後再到大廈應聘管理員，卻引起管委會與勞工間爭執是否適用法令？勞工保險局解釋，即使超過65歲、已領過勞保老年給付，仍應該強制提繳勞工退休金。

勞保局勞工退休金組組長薛永芬表示，依公寓大廈管理條例成立並報備的大廈管委會，如有自僱勞工，包括管理員、清潔人員、會計等，都屬勞工退休金條例強制提繳對象，管委會應提繳至少每月工資的6％做為勞工退休金。（記者黃邦平）
