哈瑪斯拒休戰 以色列續空襲

以色列15日上午接受埃及斡旋，同意停止轟襲巴勒斯坦自治區迦薩走廊政軍組織「哈瑪斯」的目標，但由於哈瑪斯軍事羽翼「卡薩姆旅」拒絕休戰，並接連向以境發射火箭，以軍片面停火曇花一現，下午又恢復空襲迦薩。

埃及由美國背書，14日晚提議，以色列自當地時間15日上午9時開始，停止從空中、海面和陸地對迦薩走廊的所有軍事打擊行動，而哈瑪斯同時停止向以色列發射火箭，雙方復於12小時內完全止戰。和議也要求以色列重開迦薩地區口岸，允許人員和貨物進出；另呼籲以巴高階代表團於48小時內在開羅與埃方分別舉行會談，以「建立互信」舉措落實停火。

以色列總理納坦雅胡15日上午7時主持國安內閣會議，並以6比2的表決結果，趕在埃及所提停火開始時間數分鐘前，同意埃方倡議。但納坦雅胡強調，哈瑪斯若拒絕停火，以方將擴增打擊力道，俾恢復以國南疆平靜。

哈瑪斯並未立即同意停火；卡薩姆旅則稱，休戰形同「投降」，絕不退讓，更揚言將加強襲擊以境。而在以軍停火初始的6小時內，卡薩姆旅又發射近50枚火箭攻擊以境，以方遂於下午3時再度對迦薩展開空襲。

據稱，哈瑪斯領導階層堅持，停火協議應包括以色列與埃及聯手解除對迦薩口岸的封鎖，維持迦薩經濟命脈，以方也應釋放其關押的哈瑪斯分子。

以色列國防軍本月8日對迦薩哈瑪斯目標發起海空攻擊，代號「護刃行動」，報復卡薩姆旅火箭襲擊以國南疆。之後，卡薩姆旅回敬以境約900枚火箭。據統計，截至15日晨，以軍轟炸已造成192名巴勒斯坦人喪生，近1400人受傷，死者有3╱4係平民；以國則有6人因箭襲而受傷。
