台北地檢署偵辦南港輪胎採購協理陳啟清夫婦涉收回扣案，陳啟清否認收賄，檢方認為陳對於案情未吐實，全案疑有共犯待查，加上犯罪所得逾億，今天凌晨依串證、滅證之虞聲押陳啟清與妻子陳月蕉。
