不舉男「借種生子」　不滿閒話毆傷妻子

男人最忌諱被說「不行」。福建漳州一名無法生育的男子讓老婆借種，但卻因不滿鄰里的風言風語，對妻子拳打腳踢。無奈之下，妻子告上法庭要求離婚。

福建45歲的翠花(化名)2005年離了婚，兩年後經親朋介紹，與同齡的萬根(化名)結婚。本以為找到了幸福和依靠，但丈夫隱瞞了性功能障礙的情況讓她晴天霹靂，夫妻雙方因此矛盾重重。

為老有所養，雙方最終商議「借種」生子。2008年翠花成功「借種」，為萬根誕下女兒。本以為這可讓家庭美滿起來，但沒想到鄰里對「借種」的閒言閒語，讓萬根耿耿於懷，嗜酒成性，後來更常常酒後毆打翠花，導致她輕微腦震盪住院。

上個月，傷心欲絕的翠花將萬根告上法院，要求離婚。日前開庭時，法官發認為他們感情確已破裂，判決離婚。雙方亦達成離婚調解協議，女兒會由原告翠花撫養，而被告萬根則自願每月支付撫養費200元人民幣（約1000元台幣）。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
