3投信公司經理人 涉勞退保基金炒股

一般勞工的退休金沒有公務員來得優厚，但算是大家辛苦錢的勞退基金卻再度傳出代操弊案！檢調單位調查發現，包括第一金、新光和元大寶來，至少三家證券投信的經理人，涉嫌透過白手套炒股再脫手牟利，結果造成相關基金的嚴重損失。檢方今天兵分12路大搜索，約談了20幾名嫌疑人到案。 檢調查出一名股市炒手__黃明松利用特定股票炒股，拉高股價後，再透過白手套找來第一金、新光、以及元大寶來證券投信，負責代操勞退和勞保基金的經理人，買進相關股票讓黃明松出脫，獲利一億多元，幾個經理人和白手套也都拿到上百萬元的回扣。而勞保勞退等基金損失了好幾千萬，詳細數字還在查核當中。
