（中央社基輔17日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭的國家安全首長今天指控，兩名俄羅斯軍方情報人員涉及馬來西亞航空公司客機在烏克蘭東部墜毀事件，他們應該為所犯「罪行」受懲罰。

路透社報導，烏克蘭安全局（SBU）局長納里法欽科（Valentyn Nalivaychenko）表示，他作此指控有所根據，這兩名軍官的電話談話遭到截錄。

他告訴記者：「如今你們知道是誰犯下這項罪行。我們將竭盡所能，讓俄國軍方犯下罪行的人受懲罰。」

美聯社的報導則說，烏克蘭安全機構提出截錄的兩通電話談話為證據，宣稱可以證明親俄羅斯反抗軍要為馬航墜毀事件負責。

報導說，在第一通電話中，烏克蘭東部的叛軍指揮官貝澤勒（Igor Bezler）告訴俄國軍方情報官員，叛軍今天擊落一架飛機。

第二通電話是兩名叛軍戰士的通話，其中一人在墜機現場，他表示，位在墜機地點北方約25公里的叛軍部隊發動這次攻擊。
