請問一下關於多屏互動瀏覽

之前都是使用多屏互動瀏覽，
連上TW116看一些韓劇、美劇。

不過最近怪怪的，
網站仍連得進去，影片搜尋也沒有問題，
但要播放時，常常一直卡在0KB沒有動靜，
記得以前都不會這樣子哩。

網路環境是正常的，
不曉得有沒有遇到同樣狀況，該怎麼處理呢？
