彭博報導，希臘闊別4年後重返債市，迄今未能讓經濟師信服希臘不需要第3輪紓困。

希臘2010年起被拒於國際債券市場之外，無法自行發債融資以來，歐洲與國際貨幣基金（IMF）已注資希臘2400億歐元（3250億美元），而根據彭博訪查10位經濟師，有6人認為希臘需要更多來自歐洲與IMF的資金挹注。

IMF估計，希臘明年的融資缺口將達126億歐元。

倫敦Sunrise Brokers LLP固定收益研究部執行董事齊格利歐（Gianluca Ziglio）上週表示：「希臘創造足夠資金以填補此缺口的能力不足。歐洲夥伴最終可能不得不竭力滿足希臘，從現在至可以從市場獲得可觀融資這段時間的資金需求。」

希臘在歷經史上最大規模主權債券重整，以及接近出走歐元區以來，希臘債券價格節節高升。希臘因此得以今年來2度進入債市，藉由發行3年期與5年期債券籌資45億歐元。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1030718
