本報訊

北檢起訴前消防署長黃季敏涉貪污案後，另查出4家廠商涉圍標，今天除約談廠商外，也約談黃季敏作證，晚間移北檢複訊，黃季敏當庭改列貪污被告，訊後請回。

黃季敏被控為廠商量身打造招標規格遭檢方二波起訴後，案件目前在台北地方法院審理中。

檢調在之前查扣卷證發現有4家廠商涉嫌圍標民國94年二件有關「無線電通訊設備」的採購案，總標金達1000萬元，今天發動搜索，除約談廠商負責人外，也傳喚黃季敏作證。

檢方表示，承辦檢察官經複訊後認定黃季敏疑有貪污犯行，改列被告，因尚有事證須調查，無羈押必要，將他訊後請回。(中央社)
