請問ES的導航更新方式

Hi 請問各位先進

ES350的原廠地圖片該如何更新呢
我從中控的介面退出了導航光碟,只聽到聲音但是不知道光碟在哪

感覺好像要拆什麼東西又不知道在哪邊,有經驗的可以賜教一下嗎?

P.S.我的ES是10年的ES350
