蘭嶼9成是違建　營建署籲就地合法

台東縣蘭嶼因要興建超商7-11引發違建爭議，如今可望以「就地合法」來解套。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，營建署表示，台東縣是在1985年11月才完成非都市土地編定，認為這此之前所蓋的房子皆屬合法；至於在這之後才興建的建築，營建署認為應先考量當地習俗，建議台東縣府能夠簡化建築法規，輔導違建合法化。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
