高雄雷雨積水　跳躍黑狗成亮點

高雄市區下午2時持續下起時大時小雷陣雨，視線不佳，車輛紛紛亮起車燈。造成前鎮區成功二路附近路面積水，淹沒整個慢車道，經過車輛濺起大量水花。黑狗在淹水區邊緣跳躍奔跑緊隨車主，成為雨中意外亮點。（林聰勝／高雄報導）
