好萊塢藝人常常拍戲時是王子、公主，下戲後是肥仔、胖豬，李奧納多狄卡皮歐就是最佳代表。近來他到處遊樂，美女、酒色為伴，大肚腩再度重現。>狗仔偷拍後，照片傳遍全球，被媒體奚落：「昔日性感美男徹底消失，和海邊隨便一位阿伯、大叔沒兩樣。」反觀他當年「鐵達尼號」最佳拍檔凱特溫絲蕾，早就從「肥溫」變成身形標準的美女影后，八卦媒體再補一槍：「有的男星老了 以後，真的沒女星保養地好。」
