美國ITC判決…瑞昱告希捷侵權 敗訴

外電報導，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）在網站上公告，網通晶片廠瑞昱（2379）對希捷（Seagate）、艾薩（LSI）提出的侵權專利無效。瑞昱表示，該起訴訟對公司營運沒有任何影響。

瑞昱認為，應用於電腦伺服器與個人電腦的積體電路侵犯其專利，向ITC要求禁止希捷科技的產品輸美，其中包括採用艾薩晶片的產品，但ITC初審裁定無效。除了ITC之外，美國法官也在3月4日裁定，瑞昱告艾薩侵權敗訴，ITC在本月21日做出終判結果。

營運基本面部分，瑞昱受年中盤點效應影響，6月營收較5月微降，但整體第2季營收仍順利再創新高，超過80億元，季成長一成。

法人指出，瑞昱第1季每股純益已達1.62元，第2季在營收成長、毛利率持穩下，預估上半年每股純益有機會逼近3.5 元。
