面對加薩走廊情勢快速惡化，歐盟成員國外長今天表達高度關切，也呼籲以色列與哈瑪斯允許人道團體進入救援，並立即停火，歐盟也願意提供協助達成合理、永續的解決方案。

過去兩週，加薩走廊情勢快速惡化，已經奪走至少600條人命，3000人受傷，數萬人無家可歸。歐盟國家外長與歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表艾希頓（Catherine Ashton）今天在布魯塞爾集會針對以巴衝突交換意見。

艾希頓在會後記者會上表示，歐盟對加薩走廊人道情勢快速惡化高度關切，認為哈瑪斯向以色列發射火箭是犯罪與不公平的行為，希望哈瑪斯能立即停止這類行徑，也譴責利用人肉盾牌的行徑。

歐盟外長並要求以色列的回擊行動必須適當，符合國際人道法規，不管何時都應保障平民的人身安全，同時應立即允許人道團體安全進入該區域，提供人道救援。

艾希頓也呼籲以巴雙方立即停火，並表示歐盟已經做好準備，只要情況允許，歐盟將提供合理、永續、符合以巴雙方安全、經濟與人道需求的解決方案。(中央社)
