小弟在台南X陽實業廠，從八年前進去工作到現在，從來沒有放過颱風假這種好康，政府宣佈放假時，還得等公司管委會簡訊通知出勤狀況，訊息內容如””7/23(三)台南廠區正常上班，交通路途請注意安全。如因特殊狀況無法出勤，以無薪公假計，不影響全勤與考績。人事管理部7/23 6:00””，這樣不就等於放假也是無薪，去上班也不算加班！更慘的是就算寧願放無薪假，產線的員工們還會被強迫要求上班，不來就等於黑掉，這種潛在的壓迫，也是壓榨著員工們啊！唉。。抱怨這麼多還是得乖乖去公司，大風大雨欸~~~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.96.164.252 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406075436.A.DB2.html
