小港機場陸續有許多乘客家屬趕赴現場等候最早6點班機前往澎湖善後，乘客家屬痛哭失聲痛罵復興航空颱風天為何還要飛，家屬難掩悲傷情緒憤怒指者航空公司一直到清晨1時多才打電話來確認乘客身分，機場人員趕緊安撫情緒並安排家屬前往等候區候機。侯昌騰／高雄報導
