Bluebird Shyphy於2007年在台首度推出以來，憑藉優雅外型與廣大舒適的車室空間而廣受消費者喜愛。
然而，由於中控台使用軟性膠質製成，或因使用材質因素，在使用一段時間後會產升起泡的情況，就像疙瘩一班非常醜陋，且面積會逐漸擴大。在中國有車友陸續披露後引起廣泛回響，將查，這並非單一個案或因個別使用者使用保養不當所致，而是一個中控儀表在製程式控制管上所產生的通案。

中國東風日產在接獲車主連明舉證後核實卻為中控軟膠材質瑕疵，在使用一段時間後會自然產生"疙瘩"的情況，因此主動對2007~2009購車的車主提供免費的中控台更換服務。東風日產在發現異常後主動的招回更換值得消費者肯定與認同。

反觀國內，日產汽車低調再低調，能不招回就決不招回，還推說是天氣過熱，前檔未貼隔熱所致?台灣車市小，說話聲音就比較小聲，原車有了品質問題就該台灣車主就該自費獨自承受??這樣以後誰還敢買貴廠的車阿?
