我禮拜一在中華電信辦方案續約一隻金色M8 32G

然後今天我期待很久的洞洞套終於送來了
裝上去才發現我的M8的音量鍵會鬆鬆的
是那種不用按下去摸就感覺的到的鬆
我上網查一下有人說正常有人說要拿去換
請問這是正常的嗎？
我好喜歡我的金M8希望這是正常的
手機排版傷眼請見諒謝謝
