愛神Kevin Love還不確定去哪隊，但灰狼隊已經準備好替代人選，鎖定76人隊「楊家將」Thaddeus Young。

Young跟76人隊還有兩季合約要走，總值1930萬美元，球團總經理Sam Hinkie曾在六月宣示，希望新球季Young能繼續在費城先發，但球界預期，如果能拿Young換回不錯籌碼，76人還是會做交易。

關鍵還是在Love身上。這位能抓籃板、砍三分的長人，新球季會去那裡？ESPN報導，騎士、公牛都有可能，又以騎士的可能性最高。

騎士隊在「愛神爭奪戰」領先群雄的原因，是狀元Andrew Wiggins。但公牛這邊也有好貨：射手Doug McDermott、歐洲球星Nikola Mirotic，兩人之一、甚至是兩人一起成為籌碼，對灰狼而言也很有引誘性。

不過NBA規定，新秀簽約30天內禁止交易，這才讓「愛神爭奪戰」有發酵的時間。像是Wiggins的交易解禁日在8月23日，所以這齣戲可能會到那一天之後，才有比較明朗的結果。
