高公局認定遠通違約 開罰450萬元

遠通電收未於6月30日前完成收費員轉置，高公局限期於7月28日前完成改善，否則將依契約規定按日處罰50萬元懲罰性違約金。

高公局昨天委由檢核小組一一檢視，發現有兩名同名同姓的收費員，遠通電收卻將補充說明通知寄給同一個人，屬於「逾期送達」缺失，雖然遠通電收昨天已派人親自送交補充說明，但高公局認定違約。

高公局表示，依合約規定，開罰可回溯自發函通知違約起計算，從7月21日函發違約通知起至昨天改善為止，9天共開罰450萬元，但遠通電收至協調委員會要求調解。
