請教Meister 地板檢查是否需要另付車馬費?

我們家七月中剛裝Meister地板, 其中一個房間入口處走起來感覺浮浮的
一踏上去地板就凹陷
當天鋪好後就覺得怪怪的和師傅反應 但因為我們是請設計師包地板工程
所以地板師傅可能覺得沒義務對我們 當下也沒處理 做完就收工離開了

後來因為收邊問題 我們請設計師連繫地板師傅重做浴室收邊
做好後再次和地板師傅與設計師提出地板凹陷問題
但設計師走了一下 只說她覺得沒問題 然後就離開了
直到我們拍下地板凹陷的影片寄給設計師 請她聯繫師傅過來再看一下
設計師一直強調說我們只是局部裝修 而且我們地板是直接鋪在原本的木地板上，
他們就是在底下鋪泡綿而已
如果我們還是要求要請師傅來看
我們要自己另外付車馬費給Meister 師傅

請問一坪5500的地板 我們都還沒驗收
有問題要請師傅過來看 需要另外付車馬費? 這是合理的嗎?
