各位大大好

7月中旬我在燦坤買了3台冷氣，
其中有一台大窗型冷氣(Panasonic CW-G36SL2)因電源線長度不夠長，
無法直接接到牆壁插電孔，
與父母確認後，得知安裝人員在未告知的情況下，
直接將電源線剪斷，中間以其他電線延長並用膠帶黏貼(如照片)，
我之後回家才發現這樣的狀況(我在外地上班)。

後來我跟燦坤反應，
燦坤說問過板橋地區的施工人員，這種方式是"正常"的作業，
因我對這種說法有疑慮，故請燦坤詢問Panasonic，
回覆是Panasonic 說有2種方式都是可行，
1種是把電線剪掉，中間用膠帶黏貼另一段電線
第2種是使用另一條符合安全插座延長線，原本的電線不剪

基本上我不認同第1種說法，
但燦坤又很明確的說Panasonic有以上的說明。

故我想請問冷氣機的電源線這樣的作法是ok的嗎?
如果不ok,應該怎麼做比較好?

因家中只有父母，
故我很擔心用電安全，
希望大大可以協助解惑，
