台南市廢棄物回收業者信元金屬，積欠營業稅及營業稅罰鍰共3807萬餘元，經南區國稅局送行政執行署台南分署執行，將楊傳喚到案，因楊辯稱無錢繳納，昨晚遭法院裁定管收獲准。

台南分署指出，楊也擔任另家家族經營的廢棄物回收公司監察人，公司地址不僅與信元公司相同，且董事皆為楊姓負責人的親人。近三年營利事業所得結算申報書，每年的營業收入皆達2億元以上，流動資產達1億元以上，營業狀況甚優，顯見有能力繳納所得稅及罰鍰，卻不繳納，才聲請管收。
