<抱怨ˋ>聯強保固....沒有比較好

小弟於今年四月終於拿到苦等已久M320,但用到七月時,悲劇發生...首頁鍵跟螢幕中央處的觸控完全沒有反應,在重置也無法回復正常後,只好進廠維修了! 但.....小弟7/28送修後,聯強居然跟我說觸控屏維修品缺貨,要等到八月到貨才有辦法幫我進行維修,這種才剛出沒多久的東西,不是應該把維修部件的安全庫存量調高嗎? 想當初我另一支ASUS PF2就算過保了,也能夠在四天後就回到我手上,而且保內的維修還可以提供同款的備用機借出使用,而聯強勒......客服說"我們也有備用機提供,但是是提供非智慧型手機",小弟雖說不是一秒鐘幾十萬上下,但也被智慧型手機的便利給犬養了,智障型手機真的已不符日常使用....唉~~~只能說~聯強保固,真的沒有比較好!我想郭霸天應該好好考慮配合廠商了...
