市場信心雖弱 地域性問題影響可望受控

保德信投信投資策略分析組協理王華謙分析，阿根廷政府、聖靈銀行面臨困境，不過，市場大跌的主因是股市在連月上漲後，對利空較為敏感，過度反映利空消息，市場信心雖薄弱，但地域性問題影響可望受控。

王華謙指出，阿根廷在2001年違約後，已停止在債券海外資本市場上大部份活動，對海外資金的依賴度大幅降低。同時，當局也可能繼續與避險基金協商，達成雙方都比較能接受的償付水準。
