中選會下午指出，行政院公投審議委員會主委吳永乾、仉桂美、蕭高彥請辭，馬總統已任命余小云、朱蓓蕾、林恒志為委員，行政院公審會並選出朱新民為主任委員。

另外，行政院公審會也討論通過，由高成炎所提「你是否同意新北市台電公司核能四廠進行裝填核燃料棒試運轉? 」全國性公民投票案，將於8月7日上午9時，於中選會舉行聽證會。

這項公民投票案，是由高成炎擔任領銜人，於7月11日將提案送至中選會，經中選會初步審查其提案人數為12萬1831人，達公民投票法公民投票提案人人數。
