安倍：日本要成為安理會常任理事國

日本首相安倍晉三正在中南美洲出訪，他昨天在巴西談到聯合國相關議題，特別強調日本成為安理會常任理事國的強烈意願，並稱日本、巴西、德國與印度都是推進安理會改革的重要力量。

安倍與巴西總統羅塞夫也談到兩國同意締結戰略夥伴關係，安倍還提議兩國共同開發海上石油天然氣資源，日方可以提供海上探勘基地的相關經驗與技術。安倍還要求巴西解除對福島水產品的進口限制。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
