高雄氣爆　台聯：速修共同管道法

高雄發生嚴重氣爆事件，台聯黨團今開記者會指，針對地下管線管理問題，該黨團已提《共同管道法》部分條文修法，強制新市鎮、新社區等重大工程開發範圍內，道路寬度15公尺以上都應施作共同管道，讓地下管線便於管理、檢修，避免類似意外再度發生。

修正草案還規範，若工程主辦機關應施作共同管道而未施作，可處罰其共同管道工程造價3~5倍罰鍰。台聯黨團總召賴振昌表示，地下管道是現代都會區不可避免的存在，但必須加強管理，不能讓地下管線變成無政府狀態、到處亂竄。台聯2012年4月就提出修法，但立法院都還沒審議，希望立法院朝野黨團能儘速列為下會期優先法案，儘速審查通過。（黃揚明、實習記者任意行／台北報導）
